On August 27, Saint Honore Doughnuts will open a second location. The cafe, run by the proprietors of Cafe Lola, offers traditional doughnuts, beignets, and what it calls "couture" pastries.

A crème brulee with caramelised sugar and edible gold, the Queenie packed with confetti pastry cream, and the Raspberry Beret with strawberries and small cream puffs on top are some examples of couture doughnut variants.

30 people can be accommodated in the 2,200 square foot space, which is available from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m. Pizza Anonymous, a late-night pizzeria serving margherita, garlic vegetable, black truffle and honey, buffalo chicken, and pepperoni, will also be located there.

On October 14, Stripsteak at Mandalay Bay will be momentarily closed for remodelling. Early in 2023, the restaurant will reopen.

On October 17, Stripsteak will launch a pop-up at Fleur restaurant. Every night from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., the restaurant will only serve menu items from the Stripsteak category.

New dates have been released for the Mount Charleston Pine Dining pop-up series. On September 3, Pizza Saturday will take over featuring Chris Decker of Metro Pizza, Giovanni Mauro of Old School Pizzeria, and other pizza chefs.

For September 4, Gina Marinelli of La Strega and Harlo will make nibbles. Additionally, Todd English of Olives and the Pepper Club will host two days of outdoor eating on September 10 and 11.
